Former Springbok assistant coach, Australian Eddie Jones, says Bok coach Peter de Villiers's expansive gameplan is "nonsense". Jones is quoted by Independent Newspapers as saying, "the Springboks will get worse if they continue in this way."

Bok prop CJ van der Linde will find out later today whether he'll be suspended for a headbutt. There are injury problems for the Boks as well, with JP Pietersen out with a thigh injury. Hooker Bismarck du Plessis is also doubtful. Other injury concerns are Tendai Mtawarira, Victor Matfield, Juan Smith, Butch James and Frans Steyn. Bryan Habana could return to action.
